Free Initial Consultations
Schedule a consultation in as little as 2 minutes. We will discuss you, your needs, goals, lifestyle, and history. After learning about who you are, we can then discuss a way forward.
Diagnostic Testing
We hand-select a series of diagnostic tests based upon your specific needs. We then analyze the data to determine your current attributes and abilities. Combined with your goals and lifestyle, your diagnostic testing impacts your custom program design.
Custom Annual Training Plan
We begin with an annual training plan examining 6-18 months out depending on the individual. These are reviewed with each athlete for feedback and refinement.
Semi-Monthly Personal Meeting
Twice a month you will have a 15 minute meeting with your coach via phone or zoom. You and your coach will review your past two weeks and confirm the following two weeks in detail. Our experience has taught us that these meetings result in a high rate of client success. We better design and tailor your program to your lifestyle and needs while providing accountability and allowing athlete feedback.
